What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unworn, unused, in their original packaging and you cover the return shipping costs.

When will I get my order?
Orders within Germany usually arrive in 2-4 business days.
EU orders can take up to 7 business days.
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are 100% made in Portugal.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany is €2.90.
For all other EU countries, shipping rates vary by destination and order size.
